In all places of business there must be some kind of final Law. In GOTHIC we have chose to give the guilty a final chance with honor. There is absolutely NO resurrections granted in a GOTHIC execution. There is no chance for an after life, the soul is destroyed. If you chose to not obey this then you must list the following in your life scroll :: GHOST. Then you are only allowed to hold conversations within mind links [IM’s]. Do not become blacklisted for handling your death wrong.
Once an execution has been completed; you will have 24 hours to delete your screen name. Should you be using a screen name that you are able to change characters with, and then you will be asked to change your character. Leaving a brief note of the former character played on the screen name and that it was killed by execution within the GOTHIC Empire.
While an execution is considered a death match, neither a witness nor proctor is needed. The executioner must handle the execution as aproper death match. The guilty does have a choice of a witness being present for them or not. Though, the witness cannot interfere with the match in anyway!
We have provided a sample of an execution for you to review. As you will notice, this execution is handled very quick and legal. Under normal circumstances the executioner would do this, but can be replaced if not in realm.

At this point in time is where you would roll your dice. Includin genhancers. Once the HTK range has been reached, the execution is completed.

Death Match Execution:
You get exiled from the Empire, and have your SN and crimes sent out to all other well reknowned forums so that you'll have to rethink you'reways and maybe start a new "real" character.

Fire BlackHeart: Therefore, the following rules are hereby authorized:
Fire BlackHeart: ° Enhancers are allowed by Executioner only.

Fire BlackHeart: ° No resurrection is allowed.
Fire BlackHeart: ° Dice set to registered GOTHIC dice.
Fire BlackHeart: ° You are allowed one witness to be present.

At this point the executioner will state the enhancers planned onbeing used, and then the death match progress would begin as itnormally would.
The final blow dealt must be for death. Final death can be described in several different ways, such as removal of the head. Heart or any other organs that maintains the body's health.
