Kidnapping attempts can be made against anyone, even a member of government.
If you want to attempt to kidnap a government official it is wisenot to do, as they can call for a trial and if you're found guilty youcould face execution.
Kidnapped victim must be released in 5 mun days dead or alive youmust release them. Remember you must have a legal contract to AA them while they are being held. If they are set free dead there must of beena legal AA or DM to prove that they are dead.
The kidnapper must DM the victim but the victim does not have toaccept the DM or if the victim does accept it is their terms and they can choose to let someone else fight in there place [example: bodyguard].
Sexual or adult material must have both mun approval.
To legally make a KA attempt in GOTHIC:
- One log of 25 lines or more.
- One legally approved contract.
- Kidnapper Magistrate does not need a contract
Follow the below guide lines to prevent an invalid log or attempt:
1. The kidnapper enters the room where the victim is 25 lines must go by to see that the victim is coherent in the room.
2. It must be stated by mun ][GOTHIC KA on target (SN) by Kidnapper(SN) - Contract # - State dice, Enhancers and Bodyguard - roll 2d20 forperception 5 minutes till auto KA][
3. All bodyguards must be listed in the profile prior to the KA starting.
4. At this time target would state dice, bodyguard, enhancers and roll 2d20.
5. Kidnapper would then announce his dice, enhancers and announce weather perception failed or not.
6. If the perception passes the victim has a choice to flee or attack.If they choose attack full GOTHIC dice are used and the match is a DM.
7. Failed perception the kidnapper is able to sneak up and attempt to finish the attempt.
8. XP gained for the KA is the dice rolled by the kidnapper x 100
][Example - Domionque rolled 1 89 sided dice which equals 45 points.][ ][45x100=4500][
9. No XP are gained for a failure attempt.
All logs must be validated, and sent to the Kidnapper Magistrate. Every government official needs a contract.
