Wills are made so that upon death, a person can give away their GP. This is to be done within 12 hours after death of a character, by the mundane. In order for a will to be legal, it must include the date and the persons receiving how much GP. You are not allowed to will out more GP then you have earned. After the will is created and settled, it can not be undone.
If a will is made, and the character is rezzed, he or she must start with no GP. GP can not be regained. Wills should be sent into the Treasurer and will not be overruled by the Emperor or Empress unless the GP being willed is illegal or unearned.
